QwikBak backers are noncombustible, fire-treated plywood backing solutions used in metal stud construction to provide solid anchoring support. They are designed to install quickly, sit flush with the face of the stud, and accommodate common industry dimensions as well as custom applications.

Each backer includes a dado that allows it to tuck behind the stud, keeping the front surface flush while allowing fastening through the face. All backers are manufactured ¼ inch undersized to allow for normal framing variances.
